Means Returns Policy
1. Perishable Items
Fresh produce, dairy products, and meat are examples of perishable items that cannot be returned.
Orders for perishable goods cannot be canceled after they are placed. Payment will be lost if perishable goods are not picked up on time.
2. Charges for Delivery
Delivery costs are not refundable and are determined before payment. You will be informed of the complete cost, including shipping charges, before your order is processed.
3. Return Policies by Shops
Every retailer on the Means platform may have a different return policy. Means, as such, is not responsible for the return policies of specific shops. Please check the particular return policy of the store where you bought the item.
4. General Return Policy
If non-perishable goods are in their original packing and condition, they might be returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact Means customer service to start the return process. If a return does not fit these requirements, the responsive shop retains the authority to reject it.
Unless Means made a mistake, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
After receiving the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please get in touch with Means customer service right away if you receive a defective or inaccurate item. If necessary, we will set up a refund or replacement. It might be necessary for you to submit pictures of the defective or inaccurate item.
6. Packages Lost or Stolen
Packages that are lost or stolen after they are delivered to the designated delivery address are not Means' responsibility.
Please be sure that someone will be accessible to accept the shipment and that your delivery address is accurate.
