The Muok Advantage

  • 0% Commission: Keep 100% of your ride earnings. (In the future, a small monthly subscription may be introduced to cover system costs, keeping things predictable).

  • No Forced Rides: We don’t force you to accept requests. Use your dashboard to view available rides and pick the ones that suit you.

  • Automated Scheduling: For minibus drivers, you can create and automate journeys (daily, weekdays, or weekends) to stay organized.

  • Integrated Support: Minibus drivers can enlist a Steward via our dedicated app to help manage passenger bookings seamlessly. Ask your Conductor to install the Muok Stewards app from Google Play store or visit the Stewards web app at stewards.muok.dabotap.com

How to Get Started

1. Register Your Profile

Download the Muok Captains App from the Google Play Store or visit our web portal at drivers-app.muok.dabotap.com.

2. Submit Your Documents

To maintain a high-quality service, all drivers must be verified. Please email your documents to captains@dabotap.com.

  • For Taxi Drivers: Please submit your ID, Driving License, Certificate of Good Conduct, PSV Badge, Vehicle Insurance, Logbook, and Inspection Report.

  • For Minibus PSV Drivers: Please submit your Driving License, Logbook, and Vehicle Insurance.

Early Bird Special: Verification is FREE for the first 50 drivers. After the first 50, a verification fee of 500/- per attempt will apply.

3. Verification & Activation

Once you submit your documents, a member of the Dabotap team will contact you for verification. Once approved, you can immediately begin receiving ride requests.



Key Rules for Success

To ensure Muok remains the most trusted platform for users, we maintain high standards:

  • Payment Verification: Drivers must verify booking payments on the app within 10–15 minutes, or the booking will be automatically deleted.

  • Document Compliance: Drivers are required to keep insurance, inspection reports, PSV badges, and Good Conduct certificates up to date. Expired documents will result in account deactivation.

  • Ratings Matter: Users rate their experience after every ride. To ensure a premium ecosystem, lowly-rated drivers are periodically removed from the system.
