  2. Commuter Bookings (The Nganya/Minibus Experience): Why wait at the bus stop? With Muok, you can book your seat on a minibus ahead of time and get picked up along the route.

  3. Chauffeur Services: Need someone to drive your personal car? Place a request, and professional drivers can respond or even bid on your offer.

How it Works (Step-by-Step)

1. Get the App Download Muok from the Google Play Store or access our web portal directly at app.muok.dabotap.com.

2. Request Your Journey Simply click "Get a Ride," enter your current location and your destination, and select your preferred vehicle type.

3. Connect with a Driver Our network of verified drivers will see your request instantly. Because we charge drivers 0% commission, you are connecting with partners who are motivated to provide the best service.

4. Secure Your Booking For pre-booked commutes, payments are made directly to the driver, who will then verify the transaction in the system.

Note: To keep the system fair for everyone, unpaid bookings are automatically purged after 20 minutes. Ride requests are charged from 2 minutes after the driver arrives. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after driver arrives
