Let’s be honest – drivers are punished for cancelling. Even if the ride pays only KSh 250, is 5 km away, and stuck in gridlock, the app doesn’t care. Worse, when a rider cancels (because they changed their mind, got tired of waiting, or made an error), it still counts against you, the driver. Almost every rider cancellation hurts you.

A new ride is notified to the 3 nearest drivers based on real proximity i.e. distance to pickup.

Drivers can open the app and see full details: price, route, rider’s name.

If the fare doesn’t work, the driver can state a new price. The rider then accepts or ignores it – no penalty, no pressure.

Drivers’ livelihoods depend on getting rides and completing them safely. Penalizing them for cancellations – especially those caused by riders – is simply cruel.
